Dance Journeys: Unsilenced is an original choreography inspired by the true story of the Pakistani schoolgirl, Malala Yousafzai, and her global battle for all young people to have a voice and an education.

Dance Journeys: Unsilenced will be performed by a company of 80 young dancers, with students from Hammersmith Academy, as well as Burlington Danes Academy, Copthall School and Holland Park School dancing alongside members of English National Ballet’s youth dance company ENBYouthCo.

Young artistic talent will be showcased both on and off the stage, as musicians from the Royal College of Music Juniors Department join forces with members of English National Ballet Philharmonicto provide live musical accompaniment.

To mark this special occasion, English National Ballet Soloist James Streeter and English National Ballet First Artist Madison Keesler will perform a stunning duet choreographed by Stina Quagebeur.
