Secure Your Place at Hammersmith Academy
Enrolment into Hammersmith Academy Sixth Form takes place on GCSE Results Day – Thursday 20th August 2026, when applicants receive their confirmed GCSE grades.
Whether you already hold a conditional offer or are applying through clearing, our enrolment process is simple, supportive, and fully online, with our dedicated team available to guide you every step of the way.
For Students with Conditional Offers
If you have already received a conditional offer from Hammersmith Academy, please follow these steps on Results Day to confirm your place:
- Upload your confirmed GCSE results to the online application portal.
- Call our Sixth Form Enrolment Team between 9:00am – 1:00pm on Thursday 20th August 2026 via 020 8222 6000.
- A member of the team will review your grades and course preferences before enrolling you onto your chosen A Level or BTEC pathways.
Our experienced staff will guide you through the process and answer any final questions about course selection, ensuring a smooth and confident start to Sixth Form life.
Clearing Process for New Applicants
If you have not previously applied or were not made a conditional offer, but have achieved higher grades than predicted, you can still apply to join our Sixth Form through Clearing.
Call us between 2:00pm – 4:00pm on Thursday 20th August 2026 to discuss your application with our Enrolment Team.
You will then be asked to:
- Register for an online application account (you can save and return at any time).
Upload supporting documents, including:
- GCSE certificates or results slip
- Identification (passport or UK birth certificate)
- UPN, ULN and UCI numbers
- Provide a reference if you are an external applicant (our system automatically contacts your nominated referee once submitted).
Please note:
- Applications are only complete once all sections are filled and references returned.
- Internal applicants do not need a reference.
What to Expect on Enrolment Day
Our Online Enrolment Day is designed to make the process as straightforward as possible.
- Students with conditional offers will speak directly with our Sixth Form Enrolment Team by phone between 9:00am and 1:00pm.
- Clearing applicants will call between 2:00pm and 4:00pm to discuss available courses and submit supporting documents online.
- All enrolments are processed on the same day, ensuring every successful applicant is ready to begin their Sixth Form journey in September.
Our team will be available throughout the day to offer advice on subjects, combinations, and future pathways helping you make the right choices for your university, apprenticeship, or career ambitions.
How to Apply for Entry in September 2026
Applications for entry into Hammersmith Academy Sixth Form remain open until all places are filled.
To apply:
- Complete our online application form.
- Register for an account (you can save and return later).
- Upload all required documents.
- Submit your referee details (external applicants only).
