Safeguarding at Hammersmith Academy

Creating a Safe, Supportive and Inclusive Environment

The safety and wellbeing of every student is our highest priority.
We are committed to creating a secure, psychologically safe learning environment where all members of our community – students, staff, parents and visitors – feel supported, respected and confident to share concerns.

Our safeguarding culture is built around trust, care and vigilance. Staff are trained to recognise signs of concern and act swiftly, while students are encouraged to speak openly about anything that makes them feel unsafe or worried knowing that their voice will be heard.
