Hammersmith Academy is a cashless school. We use ParentPay to manage all day-to-day payments so families can stay organised and in control – anywhere, on any device.

With ParentPay you can:

  • Pay for trips, visits and expeditions quickly and securely.
  • Buy everyday items (e.g. replacement ties, PE kit) via our online School Shop.

New to ParentPay?

If you’re a new family, we’ll send you an activation letter with your unique code. Follow the instructions to create your account and link your child(ren). Once set up, you can add funds, make payments and view your history at any time.
