Specialist Teaching and Learning Facilities

- Media Suite for creative digital production and design
- Two ICT classrooms equipped for coding, computing and multimedia learning
- Two professional drama studios and a fully retractable 350-seat theatre used for assemblies, performances, and events
- Design Technology workshops with 3D printing and laser-cutting facilities
- Two Art rooms with an art library and gallery space
- Dedicated Science floor with four laboratories and preparation rooms

Sports Facilities
Physical wellbeing and teamwork are vital parts of Academy life. Our sports facilities support both curriculum lessons and extracurricular clubs:
- Full-sized Sports Hall for basketball, netball, badminton and trampolining
- Outdoor Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) for lessons, recreation and after-school clubs
- Fully-equipped fitness gym for strength and conditioning training
Sixth Form Centre
Our dedicated Sixth Form Centre provides a university-style environment that encourages independence and collaboration. Facilities include:
- Two IT study hubs for independent work
- Communal workspace for group projects
- On-site Sixth Form Team for daily academic and pastoral support
- Careers Team with an open-door policy to guide students towards university and apprenticeship success
Sustainability at the Heart of the Academy
Hammersmith Academy is designed with sustainability in mind, reflecting our responsibility to both our local community and the wider world. The Academy’s 422 solar panels generate renewable energy throughout the year, significantly reducing our carbon footprint and supporting a cleaner, greener London.
