The Academy is once again celebrating an impressive set of GCSE results, maintaining the benchmark set last year, going against the national downturn of top grades awarded.

Hammersmith Academy celebrates success across a wide range of courses, university destinations and Degree Apprenticeships, which are becoming increasingly more desirable amongst students keen to enter the professional market without the need for loans.

Hammersmith Academy students were selected to showcase their wildlife-friendly bug barrel at this year’s RHS Hampton Court Garden Festival on Monday, 1st July 2024.

In May, Councillor Rowan Ree visited the Academy for an exciting announcement. Joined by students and Headteacher Mr Kynaston, Councillor Ree went up on the Academy’s roof to officially launch a groundbreaking green investment scheme for Hammersmith and Fulham.

Hammersmith Academy hosted a special West London Schools Question Time event on Friday 19th April bringing together prospective parliamentary candidates from the newly formed Hammersmith & Chiswick constituency for an engaging and challenging discussion with local students.
